Rob Anzalone co-founded Fenwick Keats in 1989 along with Jeff Wolk.  Originally from Long Island, Rob seeks to instill Fenwick Keats with the same spirit of loyalty and integrity his clients, agents and employees have enjoyed for over 20 years.  His hands-on approach has fostered a tremendous following from the scores of agents who have become top industry performers under Rob’s personal guidance.  Approachable and sincere, Rob personally runs an agent training program that is one of the most popular in the city.  An alumnus of both the American University in Paris and New York University, Rob is a mentor at the Covenant House and volunteers at the AC&C Animal Shelter.

Jeff Wolk is the Chief Operating Officer for Fenwick Keats Management, Inc., a boutique property management company with 60 properties and nearly 1,100 units under management.  Wolk co-founded Fenwick-Keats Realty in 1989 along with Rob Anzalone and in 2006 merged their company with Goodstein Residential, one of New York’s most prominent real estate families.  The company currently has 125 licensed agents working at four Manhattan locations. 

Wolk has a long list of business accomplishments:

  • 2010 President of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® (MANAR)
  • Founding Member of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® (MANAR)
  • President of MANAR’s Multiple Listing Service in 2006
  • REALTOR® of the Year in 2005
  • President of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® in 2003
  • Has served on the prestigious nominating Committee for the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR). 

Jeff personally oversees the company’s Townhouse and Investment Property Division, which alone is responsible for the sale of 100 properties in just the past five years.

With Fenwick Keats for over 20 years, Lisa is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for all in-house accounting services.  She was previously an Accounting Manager for the Retail Sales Audit Division of U. S. General Supply.  Lisa is a native New Yorker and volunteer member of the Speaker's Bureau for the Nassau County Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

 

 

Robyn Sanderson, Senior Vice President/Senior Property Manager

Robyn began her career in Real Estate almost 25 years ago, originally as a Real Estate Paralegal and for nearly 20 years as a Senior Property Manager, Senior Vice President and Licensed Salesperson with Fenwick Keats Management.  Knowledgeable in all aspects of property management, Robyn represents both individual investors as well as owners of multi-unit properties including cooperatives, condominiums and rental units.  She is a member of The New York Association of Residential Managers (NYARM) and is active in her Temple, particularly in volunteering on a monthly basis at a homeless shelter.  Robyn is a graduate of Nassau Community College and St. John’s University.  She is a native New Yorker and lives on Manhattan’s Upper East Side with her husband Bruce, an attorney and Associate Broker.

A graduate of the Stern MBA program at NYU, R. J.’s primary focus is on building efficiency—financial and structural.  He is an Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Program.  With knowledge on the new techniques available for operating buildings with more energy efficiency and incorporating sustainable materials, he also recently became a Multi-Family Building Analyst (MFBA) certified through the Building Performance Institute.

 

 

Albert Abela, Property Manager

A native New Yorker, Albert is the newest member to the Fenwick Keats Management team.  With over a decade of experience in Real Estate and Property Management, Albert is a member of the National Assocation of Realtors and holder of a Certificate of Property Management from NYU.  He is a graduate of Baruch CUNY's MBA program and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.  His experience includes Cooperative, Condominum and Rental Property management.

Greg served as a Detective with the NYPD for 21 years prior to joining Fenwick Keats Management.  He is an expert on conflict resolution, building security issues and New York City regulations.

Fenwick-Keats’ in-house legal counsel, Sol is an attorney admitted to practice in New York State and a licensed professional engineer (inactive). He has more than 25 years’ experience in the management of real property and is knowledgeable in dealing with New York City agencies, the DHCR and the Housing Court.

Jeremy hails from the Land of Enchantment - New Mexico! Upon graduation from Eastern New Mexico University, he immediately relocated to Manhattan and considers New York his home. After working for various companies in an administrative capacity and as a flight attendant, Jeremy discovered Fenwick Keats. Realizing his affinity for real estate, Jeremy knew that he had found his match and received his salespersons license to aid him with his responsibilities as the Sr. Administrative Manager. His drive and perseverance have helped him thrive for the past nine years at Fenwick Keats. Jeremy views each day as a new challenge full of possibility.

An administrator to the Fenwick Keats Property Management team and an integral member of the Fenwick Keats Corporate Office, Marlene brings the professionalism, positive attitude and commitment which is essential to a service based industry such as real estate. Her prior experience gained from past positions she held in the banking, legal and administrative fields have been easily parlayed at Fenwick Keats, and especially in the Property Management division of Fenwick Keats where she truly values the importance of placing the customer's needs first.  Marlene hails from Trinidad and Tobago; where Calypso and steel drums were invented and now calls Brooklyn her home.

A native New Yorker, Geraldine has over twenty years experience in administrative positions both in the US and overseas. Beginning at Fenwick Keats in 1994 as a receptionist and administrative assistant, she has become an Office Administrator as the company has expanded. With exceptional organizational and technical skills, Geri coordinates the many facets of various departments within the Fenwick Keats Property Management team and its affiliate, Fenwick Keats Real Estate.
